"You Matter"

Writing a Personal Mission Statement

Whether a teacher or student; employer or employee, all individuals should discover their own personal mission statement. The personal mission statement is where you express why you do the things you do and why "You Matter". Unlike a corporate mission statement where the what, how, and who are at times loosely stated, a personal mission statement can be specific for you and no one else. Come discover some basic ideas on how to not only create your own personal mission statement but how to encourage your students to do the same and to start expressing why "You Matter".
