DR. LOUANN ROSS
Dr. LouAnn Ross has always been inspired by those who work relentlessly to make the world a better place for youth, and she is committed to the belief that all youth deserve the best that we as adults have to offer. Since joining BPA in April of 2018 as the Executive Director/CEO, Dr. Ross has facilitated leadership development training sessions with organization leaders, advisors, national officers and staff.

A passionate speaker about leadership, specializing in developing and leading teams. He draws from years of coaching and teaching experience & a masters degree focused in management and leadership to inspire change in individuals. Jason will go in-depth about 1. Implementing Change, 2. Motivation, Development, and Innovation, and 3. Managing Organizational Culture.

As an instructor for the University of Idaho’s Career & Technical Education, Business & Marketing program. She was the founding department chair and associate professor in the Education department at the College of Western Idaho. For she instructed teacher preparation courses, computer applications, and freshmen orientation courses

Heather is a US Air Force veteran turned Business & Computer Science teacher who has always possessed a love for technology and education

Adam Pace is a Course Consultant for Stukent's High School team. He combines his experience in internet sales and marketing to assist educators in creating engaging classes for their students with continuously updated and innovative courseware. He is happy to help you "Stay Current" in your digital marketing courses.

JOHN HARRINGTON
John is a Canadian. Electrical Engineering degree - McGill University, a Solo Performer Piano degree - U. of Toronto Royal Conservatory of Music, and an MBA – Marketing. Career - Boeing acoustics engineer, a business unit manager for ELDEC aerospace, founded an electronic weighing company, and VP of Marketing of Rastergraphics electrostatic printers. Half his career has been spent as a technical marketing consultant to high tech companies. For twenty years JVH has been a value-added reseller for large-format printer products from Epson, Canon, HP plus RIP/printing software companies. JVH is a family-owned business serving the Pacific Northwest in person specializing in treating people right. For schools, JVH offers free printer installation, setup, training and help with print applications. John also provides marketing consulting free to schools. Real world JVH marketing consulting has helped schools develop marketing, business, technical, art and photography programs, related to the printers. Helping teachers with entrepreneurial student-based businesses is a specialty.

KRISTEN KURTZMAN
Kristen Kurtzman is Director of Key Accounts for the West for EMC Publishing. She graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Communication/English. She is passionate about helping teachers and students find curriculum that is engaging that meet the needs of today's classroom. Kristen has twenty-five successful years experience in the publishing industry. She is responsible for increasing brand awareness, and acquiring new customers to EMC programs throughout the West. When she isn’t working, you’ll find Kristen running or hiking the beautiful mountain trails in Arizona.

JOHN RUSS
John Russ is currently an Area Manager for the Idaho Department of Labor. He has served in a variety of roles during his 10 + years at Labor which include, employment services, business outreach, unemployment insurance, lead coordinator for Veteran’s services and most recently as department lead for ApprenticeshipIdaho. John’s background includes recruitment, marketing and promotions and small business operations. Prior to his time at the Department of Labor John served as a business coordinator and placement coordinator for several non-profit organizations. John also served his country proudly for 20 years in the US Army as a recruiter and tank instructor.

TANNER SMITH
Tanner Smith is a sixth year Business Technology Education teacher and currently teaching at Idaho Falls High School. Coming from industry, Tanner discovered he wanted to help today's youth become better citizens by helping them be their best selves. Since being emergency hired two days before the first day of school in his first year of teaching, Tanner has striven to exceed expectations.

JEANNE PASEMAN
Currently a high school business teacher at Centennial High School, West Ada School District. Jeanne teaches accounting, personal finance, businesses essentials, and computer applications with concurrent credit at Boise State University. She has offered Microsoft Office certifications to her students for 12 years. She worked in marketing for eighteen years. Jeanne’s degrees include a B.A. in Asian Studies and a M.A. in Agricultural Economics from Washington State University. Her education degree is in Secondary Education and Business Education from Idaho State University. She is interested in providing students the opportunities to have hands-on, authentic learning experiences. She also is interested in training teachers to effectively use online educational products to ensure students are successful, and teachers use their time efficiently.

DR. MARY-ELLEN NOURSE
Dr. Mary Ellen Nourse has been a correctional educator for 18 years. She currently teaches Pre-Release, Career & Education Planning, Computer Literacy, and Work Experience at the South Idaho Correctional Institution, Idaho's only facility for minimum-custody adult males. Mary Ellen has also served as Instructor Supervisor at the Idaho Correctional Center and Education Program Manager at the Idaho State Correctional Institution. Mary Ellen has also served as Vocational Program Manager for the Idaho Department of Correction, coordinatiing CTE programs at prisons statewide. As Instructor Supervisor at the Idaho Correctional Center, Mary Ellen presided at the first Graduation Ceremony and assisted in developing the facility's first Registered Apprenticeship. Prior to entering the corrections field, Mary Ellen taught at the secondary, post-secondary, undergraduate, and graduate levels in Michigan, Tennessee, and Texas. Mary Ellen earned the Bachelor of Science in Education Degree from Central Michigan University in 1977, the Master of Science Degree from Northern Michigan University in 1982, and the Doctor of Education Degree from the University of Memphis in 1990. Mary Ellen's scholarly achievements include membership in Pi Kappa Delta and Delta Pi Epsilon. Mary Ellen and her husband Jim live in Boise and enjoy numerous hobbies. They enjoy archery, Boise State University athletics, Seattle Mariners baseball, and church activities. Mary Ellen is also a member of the Boise Chapter of the American Guild of Organists, Idaho Civil War Volunteers, and United Stated Track and Field Association. Mary Ellen quips, "I should have majored in hobbies!".

DAN ARMSTRONG
As the Director of Enterprise Training for Create Idaho Dan works with hundreds of teachers throughout the state helping to implement Creative tools into the classroom to prepare students to pass ACA certification exams. He has many roles in sharing the Creative Cloud including teaching for Idaho State University, Ridgevue High School, Leap Fox Learning, Adobe Get Pro course Trainer, Adobe Community Professional, Adobe Education Leader, and a few others. These experiences and expertise help Danunderstand a very broad audience and many different learning situations and struggles so that they can be prevented from the onset of a new adventure. Dan holds two master’s Degrees In education specializing in Education Media Design, Business Technology Education, and CTE Administration, in addition he holds 14 current industry software certifications including an Adobe Certified Instructor in Photoshop and Illustrator. Dan was awarded the Inaugural Teacher of the Year award by Certiport for his efforts in advancing certification opportunities. When Dan’s not busy with that he is the father of 5 kids who love to play! Saturday is Snowboard day!
